Raúl Molteni

Raúl is and CEO of Improvement Management Consulting Group LLC, owner and CEO of Blecx S.A. and owner and Director of Fincas Don Martino S.A.

He is Fellow member of the American Society for Quality -ASQ- and Academician for the International Academy for Quality -IAQ-. He served as ASQ Board of Directors member -2017-2018-, serves as Vice-chair of the IAQ Quality in Governance Think Tank and served as ASQ Country Counselor in Argentina.

Designs and leads transformation and business excellence projects implementing Lean, Six Sigma, Triz, change management and business models working with all levels of an organization including the board of directors. Advises public and private manufacturing and service companies in Argentina, Chile, Paraguay, Perú, Uruguay and USA. Among these ABInBev, Arcor, Andreani, BNP Paribas, Danone, DirecTV, Fundación Temaikèn, LATAM Airlines, Molinos Río de la Plata, Mondelèz, Nextel Communications, SanCor Salud, Sullair, Telefónica of Argentina, The Coca-Cola Company and Zurich. His experience covers airline, bank, beverage, entertainment, food, health, insurance, plastic, metallurgical, telecom and public transport sectors.

He trained and coached the teams Gold (2010, 2011, 2012, 2014, 2015, 2017 and 2019), Silver (2013) and Bronze (2011, 2015 y 2016) ASQ International Team Excellence Award Competition winners.

He is a Certified Board member, was ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and acted as Master Black Belt for ASQ, ABInBev, The Coca-Cola Company, Telefónica, Mondelèz and other leading companies. He studied and worked with E. Baker and W. E. Deming, is Goldratt Institute Jonah of Jonahs and attended several courses in USA, México, Brazil and France. Among them, Triz, Theory of Constraints, costs of poor quality, reengineering, benchmarking, Balanced Scorecard, Risk assessment, ISO 9000, Malcolm Baldrige Criteria, coaching, change management and the Levinson Institute organizational approach.

Raúl was part of the team that created the National Quality Award in Argentina, wrote the Assessment Criteria, and conducted training seminars for official examiners and Judges. He also created and led as Director the National Team Excellence Award and helped create the National Team Excellence Award in Perú.

He is co-author of the book El Liderazgo del Lean Six Sigma and coauthor of the book Calidad, estrategia de negocios and he is a lecturer at several universities in Argentina and Perú as well as in national and international conferences.

Previously, he served as Total Quality Excellence Coordinator for Ford Motor Argentina and Human Resources Manager for Renault Argentina. He started and coordinated continuous improvement processes in both companies.
