With more than two decades of experience Deleryd has successfully been working with operational challenges within quality management, environmental management, corporate social responsibility, enterprise risk management, sustainable operations, advanced engineering, technology development, purchasing, production/operations, sales & marketing, brand management, communication, HR, public affairs, lobbying and corporate compliance.

Deleryd also holds a Professorship in Product and Process Development within the area of Quality and Organizational Development, Mälardalen University, Sweden. Board Chairman, INNOFACTURE. He is an initiator and co-founder and member of the Swedish Quality Management Academy, SQMA. Deleryd is also Chairman of one of Sweden’s largest research schools – INNOFACTURE at Mälardalen University, funded by the Knowledge Foundation. The focus of INNOFACTURE is to develop new innovative approaches to production making production a competitive edge.

He is an elected member of the “Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences”, IVA, with 1300 Swedish and international members, the oldest and most highly prominent Engineering Academy globally and he is also an elected Academician and member of the  International Academy for Quality (IAQ).
